BTW, for those interested in THE BOOK OF MIRDAD, the author is Mikhail Naimy. He was a Lebanese Greek Orthodox Christian educated in Russia, who then took a university degree in Washington State, and a Law degree, there. He went to New York in 1916 and started a foundation with his friend Kahlil Gibran (author of THE PROPHET) to popularize Arabic literature.
