I Never Said It Was Easy. I Have Worked With
Clinically Depressed People And There Are Even Good
Reasons To Be Depressed But Medication Has Time And
Time Again Proved To Be A Temporary Solution Unless
One Learns Not To Feed The Depression. It Brings To
Mind The Old Addage..... If You Find Yourself In A
Hole, First Stop Digging. The Same Is True For An
Emotional Hole..... Clinical Or Not.
