Mindfulness is part of Zen too. BTW, if you ever saw the movie, The Seven Samurai, in many scense it concentrated on how different people on the same path reacted to similar situations. Just like the character of Toshiro Mifune could accomplish results by doing things in a savage manner, the other Samurais were all more self-aware, and they expended less energy in reaching the same goals. Anyone can have a bad day (I will); but we don't need to turn it into a habit of reacting to others by saying "Your idea is like a log of crap from my dog's ass onto the carpet." or "You are a drooling masturbator who coughs up crusty smegma to the internet." etc. But if you want to refer to me as a bastard occasionally, that is OK with me. ------------------------ Yahoo!
