Indeed, little Satoris are a part of the path. 

Out of curiosity, would you say sexual climax is a little Satori? If so, a sex 
addict must be well on their way to liberation. How about losing oneself in a 
movie? or in-the-zone jogging? 

Name one type of activity leading to an in-the-zone experience that, when 
consistently practiced, will lead to final liberation.
