I found this awhile ago.  This is the PERFECT thing if you are in a 
room near a computer:

It's a mindfulness clock and meditation timer.  You can set it to go 
off at certain intervals during the day to remind you to be mindful. 
The timer allows for a certain amount of sitting and walking 
meditation.  And of course it uses nice bells like you'd hear in a 
monastery instead of some nasty alarm.
