Right, that's what http://hannosch.eu/dependencies/zope/zope.publisher-full.svg is for. Now showing the full set of direct dependencies. I find both the reduced and full version to give useful information depending on the question one has. All those graphs actually do have a meaningful color coding as well: If a node has a yellow background it is a direct dependency of the package in question.
