Hm, one issue is that all committers now automatically get a login to
place things in download.zope.org/distribution. That would be harder
to accomplish with another server and would need to be figured out
somehow. That would require at least some work on the part of ZC..
Right. That's the key-management issue I mentioned.
A positive aspect to this: Better try this on download.zope.org first,
instead of going the whole way with SVN right away, which hopefully
eventually also can become community maintained. So this would be a nice
test case.
