No. You can sort of do it in the way that Frank suggested, by putting in another voice filled with tied notes, but it's a bit cumbersome, and complicates the abc unnecessarily.
Some abc player programs offer you the option to play a drone while playing the abc (abcMus, BarFly and maybe others) but there's no way to write this into the abc.
Perhaps there should be an official syntax for this, something like:

or
K:Hp drones A A A,
