Hi everyone, I'm dealing with a problem with the setup and configuration of care for the following scenario. Could someone give me some ideas or options to solve it?
Setup will be done on a hospital with two facilities, but we are willing to centralize all data. The details comes when I need to schedule a date to a patient, but I need to choose to which facility he will go, and also which one has the option to receive him. Hope I have explained my self. For example, a patient calls to the call center, and via phone he makes his appointment, but the call center might be able to choose weather the patient prefers to be atended on facility 1 or facility 2.
