Hi, sorry about the wrong subject.

What about, if we would need to have patient data on a same place, for
customer service if the patient goes to facility 1 or to facility 2 on same
Places would be able to get patients data. When I setup and appointment, I
just create a new appointment, does care verifies that on that hour on that
department with that doctor there's not appointment already given? The
objective is to know if the call center could give an appointment that won't
get on top of another one already done.

Thanks for your support.

Greetings,
Eduardo.

Hello Eduardo,

It is not clear to me, what this have to do with the
Subject: Care2x Presentation in South Africa?

In the discussion about PID i can understand it. But not here. Can you
explain a bit more?

IEB> For example, a patient calls to the call center, and via phone he
IEB> makes his appointment, but the call center might be able to choose

IEB> 2.

I think to set up for the facility 1 a departement. Like an outpatient
departement, where there are the basic problems and data of the patient.
Same for facility 2. Can be done in the administration. The Problem is is We
have a group of hospitals inside the callcenter. Maybe 70 and more
hospitals.

In the Libary of the Flensburg conference i posted 2 month ago an article of
Tim Berners Lee from 2001. There he described an similar case and how to
solve it.
