In the discussion about PID i can understand it. But not here. Can you explain a bit more? I think to set up for the facility 1 a departement. Like an outpatient departement, where there are the basic problems and data of the patient. Same for facility 2. Can be done in the administration. The Problem is is We have a group of hospitals inside the callcenter. Maybe 70 and more hospitals. In the Libary of the Flensburg conference i posted 2 month ago an article of Tim Berners Lee from 2001.
