Neat! This is a very innovative, interesting approach and I hope it is
successful.

Two initial questions:

1) are the paid memberships voluntary or required? Will we be booted from
the community if we can't or don't want to pay, or are these levels of
membership presented in the manner of public radio membership? I'd strongly
recommend the latter, and finding ways to motivate members to participate
financially as well, but not require it.

2) can you explain how to get an account in the wiki? I was unable to log in
to add my name to the directory.
