I could not see any legal reason (except the password entering dialogs) for any application to take the focus when another window has it. So disabling EWMHActivateWindowFunc, UrgencyFunc, FPFocusByProgram, FPFocusByFunction and FPGrabFocus globally should solve the problematic of focus stealing applications (and using special styles for pinentry & Co)?
