That's a lie. If you check L4D/L4D2, the server runs at 30 FPS and 30
Tickrate. So by that logic each client would receive 7.5 updates/s, which is
false. All clients receive 30/s.

Some GSPs also claim to sell 30000 FPS servers, lol.
