Thanks for the help everyone... I just tested it and I don't think I have an audio anywhere on my Fedora Core 4 system, either in KDE or Gnome, (I tried to play an audio CD)... But it sound does work under Windows XP on the same machine... Any ideas how this might be fixed?


have your ever run "alsaconf" to configure your soundcard(s)?
