Hi

When you press control+y while in a folder and navigate to Search Folders,
does JAWS say Search Folders closed? On My computer using Outlook 2010,
when I press control+y and navigate to search folders, JAWS says Search
Folders closed. Then when I press right arrow, JAWS says Search Folders
open. Then when I press down arrow, JAWS says Unread email. If you're not
hearing closed when you get to Search Folders, I'm sorry but I don't know
what's going on. I don't think it's because you have multiple email
addresses. I have 6 addresses in my Outlook.

Hi;

Not for me. When I get to Search Folders and press the right arrow, nothing
happens. Pressing enter yields an error sound. Pressing the down arrow
gets me to Suggested contacts.

Perhaps it is because I am running two email addresses on the machine. My
home email and the work one.

Thanks,

Hi

When you press control+y to bring up the folder list, press s until you hear
search folders. Then press right arrow, then press down arrow. There is
the unread folder.

Hi;

Outlook 2010, Jaws 15.09, W7 64bit

I can't find the folder you are referring to. I press Control+Y and get a
list, but none that say unread.

What am I doing wrong??

Thanks,

Dave

I don't have that folder in my Comcast, but I got that folder in my Gmail
inbox.
I have all my email from this list going to its own folder.
Patti

Can you just go to your unread message folder?
It's in your folder list under the search folder.
It's list all of your unread messages from all folders.

Hey Gang,

Can someone tell me the shortcut key to get to unread email?

All my new emails come in at the bottom, and I have a lot of email that I
have read at the top, and I have to arrow down through it.

In OE all I had to do is press the letter U, but it doesn't work in outlook
2010, Jaws 14.

Thanks for all the help.

Patti
