Hi

In Outlook, pressing alt+numrow 1 twice quickly will place the cursor in the
from field and speak it. But you're still in the from field and have to tab
back to the message body. However, pressing alt+numrow 1 only once will
read the from field but leave you in the message body. Also, there's an
option in the Outlook quick settings, JAWSkey+v while in Outlook, to have
messages read automatically when you open them. In the Outlook quick
settings, tab once to get into the tree view and then arrow down to reading
options. One of the reading options is messages automatically read. To Set
it, make sure the check box is checked, then tab to OK and press enter to
save.

Thanks, David. I knew I could shift tab, but didn't realize about the alt 1
pressed twice quickly. This will work, especially when people don't sign
their emails (which I've been known to forget to do). Shoshana
