Our problem is, that the aticonfig tool does not work together with the
MBP 2,2 ATI VGA BIOS.
We don't want to change any BIOS values, we only need this for a correct
bug report to ATI.
In your other mail you proved, that it's a problem of the ATI linux tool
in combination with the MBP (C2D)...
Thanks for the tests!

Gotcha. Now, I am using "ATI Tray Tools" which is not made/supported by
ATI... (atleast that I'm aware of). Pretty sure It's 3rd party. It comes
with the unsupported/3rd party Omega drivers...
Their is another ATI overclocking utility that really sucks on the MBP...
Doesn't really work. Makes the computer BSOD and various other problems....
I forget what the name of that utility was and whether or not it's a part of
official "ATI"... I think it may be by ATI and called "ATITool". If that's
the case, and I'm not mistaken, then they haven't gotten it right in Windows
either when it comes to the MBP, because that prog sucked big time... That's
the reason why I use ATI Tray Tools instead. That and the Omega drivers work
better than the official ATI ones.
