I'm sorry to say that there is no powerplay option what-so-ever in Windows.
I checked the help docs and they say it's supposed to have it's own main
'tree' but it's not there. I've expanded every other option and it's just no
where to be found. Just little piddily options like gama, AA and various
other settings. Nothing power related.

There's also no "ATI Overdrive" option or "ATI Crossfire"... It must
determine what the card is "capable" of and only display those options...

And yes, I'm assuming the Omega dev has a NDA... As someone pointed out on
that thread you linked to, I wouldn't expect any cooperation from ATI or
Apple since they are using Nvidia now. Even if they hadn't switched, I still
wouldn't be very optimistic.I suppose something still might be resolved,
but.....Ehh...
