serverRender() your viewports don't seem to have the correct sizes, only
the second time around they look valid - I see the same values from the
start.
Is this log from the same machine where you reported that the dcast
failed when sv == 2? I'm a bit surprised/confused that the log ends with
a line reporting the creation of a new viewport, because as far as I
understood it the crash happens when an existing VP does not have the
expected TCD on it...
