I've hardly heard anything about it since shortly after its release.
My experience is similar to Dag's. It is very, very sharp. This seems to
somewhat be at the expense of bokeh, which is surprisingly harsh for a
portrait lens from Pentax.
This isn't to say it had bad bokeh, but it is not as smooth as I expected it
would be.
To a great extent it is very much a short version of the A*85/1.4.
