For my part, the last time I did this, I ended up just recording with 
Rosegarden itself.  That works too.

A "bounce to disk" option seems like something we ought to have, but in 
practice it's so complicated, because Rosegarden transmits MIDI, and 
MIDI can go anywhere.  It's up to the user to rig up the hardware so 
everything ends up audible to one soundcard for recording; perhaps 
involving an external mixer, for example.

The easiest way to handle this, by far, is to avoid writing music.  This 
has been working for me since 2008 or so.  :D
