Hi,
No, the photocell has only a very small aperature to let light in and it is
sufficiently in below the source of light. They are available in the UK and
come in both Edison and Bayonet style fittings.
Useful for those lights out in the garden for lighting up the driveway.

Mike
Hello Blake,
I would use a commercial dust mop for this task. They are from 24 to 36
inches wide and will do a really good job of gathering all of the crud and
directing it to wherever it is that you want it.
Most commercial mops are electrostatic so they really do tend to collect
everything and
I can not give you advice on sweeping however, it is most definitely on
topic. you are seeking help on doing a task as a blind individual.

it was 40 watts as was suggested by the service a tenant. Came home and
swamp them out. Turned the switch on and the light came on. This puzzled
me as the censor should have known it was light out so the light
Hi,

Not clear why it is preferable to sweep over vacuum unless there is debris too
formidable for the vacuum however having said that, the strategy for sweeping
would be similar to for vacuuming. You work out a pattern which will cover the
entire area, say beginning in one corner and moving along
Usually when turning on the light the sensor will kick on and turn off after a
few minutes, unless you hit the switch twice quickly, and that will keep the
light on until you turn off the switch.

Aloha Blake,
I think this is definitely a handyman question.
If I am sweeping in the house, I will often sweep
all the dust to a corner and then it is easier to
get down on the floor and, using a papertowel or
a cloth, you can push the dirt right into the
dust pan. When you're done, you can

6. In dog and cat treats.
It's 44F here this evening! Who turned off the heat! Didn't get up to 50 all

Hi All
My sponge applicator for re oiling Colorado leather shoes has been used up so
what leather oil can I squirt into the sponge to make it useable again.
I like to keep them in good condition for they are so comfortable to wear.

Don't know if NeatFoot is still on the market or not, but it was excellent for
leather foot wear and other leather products.
