Almost certainly you are in the wrong setting and thus not decoding. If your
rig is in USB, try changing it to LSB. Alternatively, if you software has a
normal and reverse setting (or inverse) toggle those settings and you

I am helping someone set up FL-DIGI with an Icom 706MKII. Using Hamlib and the
radio from the drop-down list Icom796MKII Untested we achieve rig control for
frequency changes but NOT PTT. Using rig control and a XML file for the

My initial tests seem to show that weak signals in ALE141 via PC-ALE do better

For JT65A it will not work trying to tune in a signal transmitted USB and
received in LSB. I just tried it, the sync tones appear to be upside-down, so
like RTTY, it looks like you need a reverse button in the software, there are

FYI, progress is being maintained with the WINMOR project. The author (Rick
Muething KN6KB ) completed some tests today where he connected and sent email
using paclink and Winmor. The transmission was only across his bench from one
