I used Lotw for my operation in Belize. It was very easy to sign up. I simply scanned a copy of my license from Belize and emailed it to the DXCC desk at the ARRL. Everything was approved before I left. It couldn't have been much easier. I plan to do the same thing when I go to Grand Cayman

Dave, I agree with your comments on the M issue. This is a show stopper in my opinion. I do not see how I can manage sending off QSL cards if Lotw uploads are displayed as M in the DXCC Listing. This makes no sense. M should only appear when an actual QSL has been printed and mailed.
