The main trick is to press alt+enter if you don't hear speech. Also be
aware that sometimes the menus require you to hit a number, and other times
you can arrow down. And, to make it even more confusing, I can recall

What I do is activate the shield with spacebar, and then I switch back to

One of your best resources is a site called safari.oreilly.com. However,
you will have to pay for a subscription.
There is another site, filled with all kinds of tips for blind folks wanting
about 250 dollars, but you get 3 CEUs when you finish, and
it does keep one on their toes. grin. I am about a third of the way through
it, and yes it is accessible.
