Hello Adrian, I don't remember if Word 10 has the option to select all text with similar formatting but if so there is another approach you can take. This is assuming (which I know shouldn't be done) that the section headings have a different formatting applied than other text in the document.

Hi, I have two Gmail accounts in outlook 2010. Both accounts are separate, after I open outlook I shift tab once arrow down once hit enter to open my second account , then I can use the backspace key to toggle between the two accounts. Just use the wizard to setup the second account. HTH
