I am also having this problem. Currently using 2010, windows 8.1 jaws 16. So
it tells me that it is a microsoft issue.

Well, please keep us posted as you learn more, because I believe that a
number of us are having problems with various versions of Outlook and how
well it interfaces with Jaws.

Hate to say this on this list, and I'm sorry Dave and Rick, but only NVDA
and Narrator can be used in Safe Mode with the available registry tweak.
Sorry.
Mr. Ed,
This happens to me about as often as it happens to you. Knowing that
technology is seldom perfect, I never considered sending in a report to FS
but perhaps I should reconsider.

Hi Annette,
I don't have any idea as to why that dialogue pops up every time Word is
closed. I've never noticed any changes made to my default template, so
that's why I turned that message off. Also, I have a copy of my default
template saved somewhere else on the computer just in case

The "link to previous" button that unlinks sections is in the Navigation group
of the Design tab when you're in the footer field. It's straight after
"previous" and "next" in the tab sequence. JAWS reads it correctly and
indicates whether it is checked.
I think you probably have corrupt files

Hi Mike,
Why do I want to save the changes to the normal template? What is it that I
could have done to cause the program to prompt me to save it? As far as I
know, I did not make any changes that I am aware of.
Thanks,
Annette

Hello Guys:
Using windows 8.1, Jaws 16 and PowerPoint 2013.
As the subject says I wonder if there is a way to select two or more
boxes/placeholders in PoerPoint, in order to apply modifications (color,
letter, etc.) I tried using F5, but couldn’t get to the ribbons.

Hi Everyone,
Has anyone had an email open in Outlook and then your focus goes back to the

Hello, everyone.
This morning, I have discovered a very strange e-mail issue that I could use

As a bit of background:
I currently run two e-mail accounts through Outlook 2016. They are my

Hello All,
Can anyone tell me why when I close MS-Word2010 with Alt+F4I get a message
that tells me that changes have been made to the Normal Template and would I
like to save. I always tell it "Don't Save". Is this the most appropriate
action?
Thanks,
Annette
