Hi Henning Hraban,
I contacted three print shops and they demand three different color
profiles, one of them prints on "100 % recycling paper" with an uncoated
profile. The other two use ISO Coated v2 300% and Coated Fogra 39.
Being online shops I think they will complain if not

That means you should keep your photos in (profiled) RGB. Probably best use
sRGB to stay device independend, because that’s default for monitors, even if
printshops like Adobe RGB or one of the profiles that shrink the RGB color
space to printable colors.
For type and logos I still

Hi all,
I would like to come back to a discussion from 2018 on this list.
After printing some flyers for my cooperative I come to the conclusion
that color management *is* very difficult.
In my eyes, the only way of getting good results seems to be the
following process.
My starting point

Why not draw the match as a picture first, then rotate and shift that
picture?
Also, if you use a local scale unit, it will be easier to

Hi,
Hi,
I have corrected for the dimensions of the ellipse but I cannot achieve the
same effect for the red color.
Thank you.

Hi,
How to have the color defined by {yellow!60!black} with Metapost ?
Thank you.

Hi Jan Ulrich,
you might check profiles that with VeraPDF (or simply \nopdfcompression
as first command in the source and search for the profile ),

Hi all,
again I have a question concerning color profiles.
I have this to load the ISO Coated v2 300% profile.
\setupbackend[
format=PDF/X-3:2003,
intent={ISO Coated v2 300\letterpercent\space (ECI)},
]
\setupcolors[cmyk=yes,rgb=no,]
But is this profile part of the new lmtx version
mmand no longer exists.
In the following example I redefine the value for the color red in a group,
when the group ends the new value is forgotten and the previous one is used.
When you now create a new command or environment in the group and try to use it
after its end you will get a error mes

The output with LuaTeX is correct but when you use LuaMetaTeX t
ed testing and discovered what is certainly a
bug. Here’s a new example:
#
# \setbreakpoints [compound]
#
# \definelinenumbering
#[original]
#[style=\tx\ss,distance=-1ex,step=5,location=inleft,start=10,color=darkred]
#
# \definelinenumbering
#[translation]
#[style=\tx\ss,distance=-1e
’s bonus
question. But I have continued testing and discovered what is certainly a bug.
Here’s a new example:
\setbreakpoints [compound]
\definelinenumbering
[original]
[style=\tx\ss,distance=-1ex,step=5,location=inleft,start=10,color=darkred]
\definelinenumbering
[translation]

#[style=\ss,
# distance=-2ex,
# step=2,
# location=inleft,
# start=20,
# color=darkblue]
#\startlinenumbering[One]
#\input knuth
#\stoplinenumbering
#
# \blank [line]
#
#\definelinenumbering[Two]
#\setuplinenumbering[Two
the problem:
\starttext
% This works:
\definelinenumbering[One]
\setuplinenumbering[One]
[style=\ss,
distance=-2ex,
step=2,
location=inleft,
start=20,
color=darkblue]
\startlinenumbering[One]
\input knuth
\stoplinenumbering
\blank [line
it?
Best wishes,
Tomáš
