Hi, everyone.
I have a recipe request. I need to make cup cakes for a fall festival
Sherry Adam's Peanut Butter Fudge
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
1 12 ounce jar or 2 cups of peanut butter
Creamy is best, but chunky can be used.
1 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Combine, sugar, margarine and evaporated milk.
Fudge-Mallow Candy
one 12 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chunky peanut butter, but you can use creamy,
4 cups Kraft mini marshmallows
Melt chocolate with peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring
until smooth.
Fold in marshmallows; pour into a greased 9 inch square
Miss Quinn's Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup plus one tablespoon of Crisco shortening
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups flour plus one tablespoon more
2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream both sugars, eggs and shortening, vanilla and salt.
After-School Cupcakes
Prepare a box of chocolate cake mix according to the box directions and spoon
batter about three fourths full into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat one 8 ounce package of softened cream
cheese and one fourth cup sugar and 1 egg until nice

Thanks so much for this! I only had seen where they were mashed and fried in
bacon grease; this is awesome. I used to get them canned!
