MSM is not a solution for IBS In fact, it may aggravate it.
It certainly aggravated my IBS-D. There was practically no dose no
matter how small that didn't set off a big attack of diarrhea. I
persisted at one point, but never could raise it and it never didn't
cause diarrhea even
Yes, if one did not know the person who made the recommendation, but Del
is well known here and highly respected. If he made an error in his
recommendation, there would have been many responses pointing that out
FOR you. Its the way it works here.

Hi Gary,
The best way to vet any idea is to search archives, do your homework, and draw
your own conclusions. It's amazing how many people never use google to get more
info. Most of us have been sick, have had to do our own homework, and only take
the trouble to pass on useful remedies out of
and small
intestine into the large intestine.
Kind Regards,
Jason

MSM is one of those things that you have to take ENOUGH of.
A quarter tsp is going to do NOTHING!
My maintenance dose
Oh Gary,
From your past posts, you've already demonstrated that you're a nice guy!
I'm just in pain right now, a grumpy, hurting Lyme-vet, nudging a 'newbie'.
And just remember, to pass on what you learn to the rest of us. This isn't a
one-size-fits-all thing, so most of us have learned to leave
one of them. I remember a bit that it revolved about iodine
and that you
found that everywhere and that kept you sensitised.
You 'sound' fine now and I would love to know what got you out of that
revolving door.
OK,
Tony

Hi Sol,
I say this with the greatest of respect to you. Did you ever find out what the basic cause or
trigger was to your sensitivities? And what did you do to 'get out' of that situation.
Hi Tony,
I regret to say I did not get out of the allergy situation. In fact
