Lugol's. Also Iodide Crystals are used to make Iodine, along with Iodine
Crystals, and Distilled water. Lugol's is made by 2 1/2 % Iodine, 2 1/2
Iodide, and 95% Distilled water. Total about 5% Iodine in Lugol's
Lugol's, as i understand it, is food grade and a couple drops under the
tongue maintains thyroid efficiency.

I have been told that aspirin and a number of other over the counter
remedies have NEVER gone through the rigorous double blind tests that
