We must make a distinction.
We are working on all our lines of products, to test and validate them with a
rigorous work.

The long term third indipendent party validation is related to a battery of Hot

It's just more schroedinger e-cat news. Until it happens, observation of
the event occurs, and the probability wave form collapses into reality - it
can go either way. The eCat may live or the eCat may die.

Truthfully, I think Andrea has so far been batting around 10%, so I give it
that as the probability that this will actually occur. Or if it does, it
will be probably leave many questions open.

I think this 'test' is also an excuse as to why he's not doing the other
long term test that they talked about with the swedish scientists.
Whatever happened to that?

As we said, a 6 months long validation test had to be made, and I
repeated that validation of the E-Cat is in course. As always, I will not
give any specific information regarding the validation test in course, with
exception of the fact that this test will last more than 6 months. The
results will be published after the test will have been completed, whatever
the results, positive or negative.
I do not know where the publication will be made, because it does not
depend on me. Also this long run test is being performed by an indipendent
commettee, financed by institutions totally indipendent from us. Obviously
the location in which the test is in course will be disclosed in the
publication that will be made. I can only say that it is in the USA factory
of a Customer. The E-Cats under test have been manufactured completely in
the USA, in the factory of the US Manufacturer, indipendently from me:
therefore also the manufacturing has been made by an indipendent- from- me
party.

I disagree. As far as I know, every major claim he has made has turned out
to be true. He said there was an independent test, and there was, conducted
by Elforsk. Years ago he said there were independents tests in the U.S. and
a gadget running a factor in Italy for months. Many people who have no
connection to Rossi confirmed those claims, including some people who do
not get along with him.

Rossi is a flamboyant person who says things that do not seem to make
sense. In some cases he says things about his business that are
exaggerated. He has said things about me and others that were flat-out
wrong. He sometimes gets emotional. He was very upset then the people at
NASA discovered his reactor was plugged up and not working. However, I have
never -- repeat *never* -- caught him making an experimental claim that I
now know for a fact was wrong, or a lie.

He makes mistakes, of course. Everyone does, especially people doing
cutting edge research into unknown phenomena. That is unavoidable. I am
sure Rossi would agree. Someone said to Stan Pons: You were half wrong
about your claims. There were no neutrons. He said something like: In our
line of work when you are half right, you're doing great.

At this point I would say only a fool would bet against Rossi.

Yeah, you talk the talk, but ...

If you are back on the betting nonsense you should cram it.

Hmmm, I think you started that particular conversation...

If you are back on the betting nonsense you should cram it. No one has bet
more on the outcome of cold fusion than I have. I have bet most of my
working life, and well over $100,000.

Get back to me after you paid for several experiments and spent months
processing data and doing calorimetry, and years editing papers -- as I
 have done.

 Also --

First, I am not a bit like Rossi. I can't think of anyone I less resemble.

Second, Rossi does talk a lot, but it is absurd to claim that he is all
talk and no action. He has made more progress toward a practical device
 than all other researchers combined.

I said only a fool would bet . . . That is a figure of speech; I did not
mean it literally. I assume you are a native speaker of English, so I
assume you know that, and you are being obnoxious.
