Thanks, Marshall, for the exhaustive list of fake honeys. I was shocked and dismayed to see even organic honey is "fake". Sigh! Time to hunt for a local raw honey seller around my neighborhood. Curious, I've been told that some beekeepers feed bees sugar water.... is that safe/good idea to purchase from? I prefer bees who eat nectar from flowers.
