Ali, 1. Please send the /var/log/autocampars.log. It can help to rule out a possible misconfiguration. If everything is correct then one can assume it's a bad cable.
2. (just want to double check your configuration) Go http://community.elphel.com/bootblock393/, make sure the ip address in the 1st table is correct, then click "Read AUX" in the "AUX board (10389)"-table - what's the output?
