Gosh. I don't see Prof. Dash at #52 in that table,
so I must not understand what you meant.
I just explained that in the previous sentence! I said I do not have
that paper in electronic format, for crying out loud. If you want to
scan it an OCR it for me, I will upload it. I don't feel like doing
it myself. I have had enough of scanning.
