The review is correct on one thing, though: del.icio.us has a steep learning curve (even if it lasts only a few minutes), with little guidance. That's enough to drive users away.
We are definitely working on this, but it'd help a lot if folks made a list of stuff they thought was wrong.
We're going to try to do a release tonight (we haven't in a few weeks) so at least a few more things should be fixed soon.
