Thank You :)

there's no need to test it with your hardware. It's absolute clear that
the troubles has to do with my mobo and if I have good luck, the main
trouble might be caused by the graphics I'm going to change.

Using Rosegarden and MusE, any application crashes much too often, also
jackd etc. will crash. Playing recorded MIDI events is fine, but
recording or just playing MIDI events by an external keyboard, most
times make applications crash.

It would be kind, if you'll add your hardware to the Hardware Blacklist
(Greylist) at http://www.64studio.com/node/69, with the information,
that you aren't doing much MIDI work, but the less you are doing causes
no trouble or no serious trouble.

The problem seems to be, that it's easier to get a mobo that's bad with
Linux DAWs, based on actual common CPU sockets, than to get one that's
fine. I think you aren't using a socket AM2 based mobo, or your AM2
based mobo is a very expensive one. Low coast mobo's like the ASUS
M2A-VM HDMI I'm using, seems to have chipsets that aren't fine with a
Linux DAW.

Cheers,
Ralf
