Well, I tried the clearing the print queue process, but ran into a stone
wall. Got to where it said to input Spooler stop. Think it means to type it in,
but not sure. It then says to press Return. Can`t find anything on the screen
or keyboard that says RETURN. It may be along the top of the black box on the
screen, but the buttons are all blurred out.
I will look into re-installing the whole printer tomorrow. That may be the
only way to go, since I don`t see a return button.
