Hi John - The HP support site says that the 3320 isn't fully compatible with Win7 64bit. But you can use the drivers for the Deskjet 3600 instead and they'll work fine.
First, have you tried a System Restore? In Win7 you can go back to a date before the problem began by using System Restore. You won't lose any data, so if you know approximately when the printer prob started, you can possibly restore to a date previous to that. Go to Start, then Control Panel, click System & Security, then Action Center, then click Recover (restore your computer to an earlier time). Just follow the prompts and you'll see a list of dates. Choose one prior to the problem, and follow the instructions. After the PC reboots hopefully the printer prob will be fixed. I should have suggested this yesterday - it's usually the first thing to try. So give it a shot. If System Restore doesn't work, here are HP's instructions on how to install the printer on Win7 64bit: http://bit.ly/a5SWFZ As you'll see, they suggest using an alternate driver (the 3600 printer driver). I think if you try these instructions step-by-step you'll get the printer re-installed. I'm not sure how you installed it the first time, but this is what HP says to do. Good luck, Donk PS: Windows 7 is actually a good operating after you get used to it. It has some problems with older hardware - like scanners and printers, but mostly it's a good OS.
