Are you sure your speed test showed 42Mbps download speed?  Not 42 Kbps, 
or KBps?
If it's really 42 Mbps you should have a screaming fast connection.
When you looked at the Networking graph in Task Manager, did the graph 
show that there was a high percentage of activity all the time?  You 
really shouldn't be having any problem streaming YouTube videos with a 
42 Mbps connection.
