Hi all, I recently filled up the online application for the Amazon ICICI credit card & was presented with the video KYC option. Once I opted for that, the representative refused to conduct my KYC once she realised me being blind. She instead suggested me to opt for the home document collection option.
I have scheduled the home collection thrice but no one has come up for it till now. I would like to know, if the video KYC is not for the blind. & if yes, then what are the rules for it.
