Hi,

Here is the update on this. My Kyc has now been rescheduled for the
3rd time. On each of these days, let alone the represetative visit, I
haven't even received a phone call from anyone.

I have also written to ICICI on their website for the 1st level
complaint but to no avail as no one got back to me. Considering, ICICI
did not send me a copy of my submission to me despite asking for my
email ID at the time of submitting my request, I don't even have a
proof of my submission.

I called up the Amazon customercare who assured me that they have
raised my concern to the verification department & have lined up my
request at the high priority. In such a scenario I technically have no
proof of having reached out to ICICI to be attached at the time of
complaining to banking ombudsman.

Thank you,

Bharat.
