Dear Mr. Bharat, Please note the date on which you have made a complaint to ICICI bank. On 30th day of filing complaint with ICICI bank approach RBI Ombudsman via CMS portal. The link is available on RBI's official website. While registering the complaint mention that you have approached the bank on which date; your declaration in this regard may suffice. You may choose to attach any other document/communication such as mail regarding schedule of KYC call or application copy. If you don't have any document you may submit the complaint without any attachment also. This pressurises the bank to act with urgency.
