You could certainly schedule for V KYC and it has to be done without any issue.
You could also write to Amazon and ICICI bank telling them these things.
and if you are comfortable for home KYC, ask them why even after making it scheduled is not done so far? Amazon would certainly be of assistance here.

I did get this credit card about 2 and half years back without any problem. the person came to my residence and everything went smoothly.

Hi all,

I recently filled up the online application for the Amazon ICICI
credit card & was presented with the video KYC option. Once I opted
for that, the representative refused to conduct my KYC once she
realised me being blind. She instead suggested me to opt for the home
document collection option.

I have scheduled the home collection thrice but no one has come up for
it till now.

I would like to know, if the video KYC is not for the blind. & if yes,
then what are the rules for it.
