Hello all, In our office (VSSC), the Thiruvananthapuram centre for ISRO, our biometric attendance system seems quite accessible. On the machine, there would be dedicated space to place our card, and then our finger. We can also learn the pattern of the beeps to know whether access has been granted or not. There is a regular system of marking attendance by placing our card and finger on a machine with turnstile, but employees with disabilities are allowed to use a portable reader to mark our attendance, which works the way I briefly explained above.
