Hello Good afternoon,
I am not getting "What is the reason, persons with visual impaired are not
able to learn to put a small diagram as their signature, when devices like
sign-guides are available in the market and any person who can read/write
by pen can help to learn visual impaired how to put the signature"
For availing banking facilities signature is a necessary thing. This fact
is as it is there and I guess it will continue.
People who are able to sign, they also need to make thumb impression as the
double check for identity verification.
Now acceptance of digital signature is also increasing day by day.
I don't want to criticise anyone,

Vedika
