It's wonderful that you had good results with your friend. Each small win is a 
big win for the whole blind community. We must celebrate each others' success 
by feeling glad in our hearts for each other's success against discrimination. 
The legal people among us will have better luck if we keep one heart as a blind 
community, because collective consciousness helps collective goals, even on a 
subtle level.

you are right sir, but what to do, without any document, if you will approach 
to the higher authority, they will try to deny, that there is no such 
application received. I had encountered the same while helping out one of my 
completely blind friend. later I told hhim to give a loan application with the 
quotation and fill all the details to purchase car and let the bank deny. but, 
finally they have sanctioned and disbursed the loan.
