Prima facie, Suresh Shirude seems to be a poor deceiver. He is trying to deceive the court and the public by arguing that he brought the third child for the wellbeing of his blind child because his eldest one is already normal. He seems to be a cruel hypocrite who does not even care about the trauma he might have heaped upon his blind child only because he wants to compete. This is a case of domestic violence.
Even if his intentions are pure, he is a top class coward, short-sighted, who does not even know what repercussions his stupid acts would have on his children; he is absolutely wretched at handling his personal life – how can such an impractical moron be a leader? He is superbly ruining the life of his youngest child also by training him to hang around his blind sibling.
