Politically motivated person may use any pretext to contest and win elections.

I think, it must just be a ploy to seek exemption by the father.

And i also won't be surpirsed if this precedence is missused by
politicians showing able children as handicaps through fake
certificates.

Also funny is how leeway for failure for birth control can be examined.
